Abstract

(Ba,Sr)TiO3 powders were synthetic in both Spark Plasma Sintering(SPS) method and conventional method at the temperature 1200-1300℃,respectively.The result revealed that the sample which prepared in SPS method was always has a higher dielectric constant with a relatively low dielectric loss at a specific temperature. Also the SEM photos showed the densification of ceramic surface could be improved through the rapid sintering of SPS.Moreover,we observed that 1240℃ is the best temperature for sintering after we tried several others.
