Abstract
The application of critical methods in literary criticism before the Tang Dynasty can be mainly analyzed in four aspects:one is the application of figurative criticism methods;the second is the application of comparative criticism methods;the third is the application of origin criticism methods;and the fourth is the application of sentences criticism methods.As the military warehouse of Chinese literary criticism,the criticisms before the Tang Dynasty laid the foundation and platform for the expansion and enrichment of different literary critical methods.
