Abstract

Starting from the composition of the intellectual traffic system,analyses feasibility of urban road traffic safety in- formation system,describes urban road safety unusual event detection system and its principle in detail.The intelligent transportation systems information collection,road traffic information intellectual processing,application and performance improvement methods are introduced.
