Abstract
Through analyzing the safety accidents and safety management in coal mine at present, this paper points out the problems existing in the safety management from three aspects of the enterprise managers, enterprise workers and government regulators, and in the light of these problems, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, and points out that the key of the safety management in coal mine is the management of the people.
