Abstract
To develop a storage system in embedded device,the NAND Flash that a widely used large-capacity storage device is studied. A design of NAND Flash storage system for embedded devices is introduced,and its functions and constitute are proposed.The particular design is explained hierarchically.The special block driver,FTL design and the optimization of driver initialization are laid in detail. A method of realizing NAND Flash storage system device drivers is provided.Finally,the excellent effect is illuminated.
