Abstract
As a non-volatile storage media,NAND Flash has the characteristics of small size, fast transmission speed,high storage density and capacity,etc,which fits for large data storage. Therefore,it is used in the field of embedded applications increasingly. This article analyses the relationship of MTD layer(Memory Technology Device) features and NAND Flash-driven,while summing up the typical NAND Flash Driver overall Architecture. In the platform for PXA270RP,NAND Flash driver of embedded linux is designed and implemented. It provides technical guidance for developing the NAND Flash driver based on embedded linux system.
