Abstract

Extraction of oligoproanthocyanidins from grape seeds is studied.A mixed solvent system of ethy1 acetate/water is developed,and the raw material selection is also discussed.By the present method,high yields(0 4%~0 6%)can be obtained,and the mass fractions of the extracts are more than 98%.
