Observation of Intrathecal Adjusted-dose Bupivacaine Combined with Sufentanil on Cesarean Section

Objective To observe the effects of Intrathecal adjusted-dose bupivacaine combined with sufentanil on cesarean section.Methods In the prospective,randomized,double-blind,comparative study,60 cases of singleton term pregnancy undergoing elective cesarean section operation were included.These pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups(group A,group B and group C) of twenty each.In group A and B,0 and 2ug sufentanil were applied to 0.5% bupivacaine respectively according to height and weight of the pregnancy.In group C only 0.5% bupivacaine 2ml was applied.Observed the anesthesia effect and adverse reactions.Recorded related parameters and statistical analysis were performed.Results The dose of bupivacaine and the highest level of sensory block after subarachnoid injection 15 minutes were significant differences in group A and group B compared with group C;There was a significant difference of sedation score between group B and group C;The incidence of vomiting in group C was increased significantly than the other groups.The incidence of shivering in group B was decreased significantly than group A.Conclusions In group B,it provided satisfactory anesthetic effect,less side effects,stable hemodynamics and high comfort.Adjusted-dose bupivacaine combined with small-dose sufentanil on cesarean section as intrathecal dose was recommended.
