Abstract
On the basis of single-factor tests, ethanol reflux time, water extraction time, water extraction temperature, ratio of ethanol volume effect extraction rate of β-glucan from barely were optimized using Box-Behnken center composite design and response surface methodology(RSM).The results showed that the optimum ethanol reflux time, water extraction time, water extraction temperature, ratio of ethanol volume were 3 hours,2.5 hours,85℃ and 5 in respectively.Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 7.75% while the predicted one was 7.81%.
