Abstract

Strengthening the style construction of the leading cadres in colleges and universities is a major strategic task in the field of higher education.The paper analyzes the importance of style construction of leadership in colleges and universities,and on this basis,summarizes some problems and their causes in the style construction of leadership in colleges and universities,and proposes such effective measures as increasing education level,strengthening the system construction,improving super-visory mechanism and strengthening the organization and leadership to improve the style construction of the leadership of col-leges and universities.
