Reinforcing Style of Study Building in Colleges and Universities instructed by Scientific Outlook on Development

The fundamental task of higher education is to educate people,and the quality of talent cultivation is the lifeblood of colleges and universities to exist and develop.Fine style of study is an essential condition of guaranteeing and improving education quality,and the foundation of existence,development and innovation for colleges and universities.It is also the significant connotation of education quality,the reflex of education ideas,university spirits,historical accumulation and teaching traditions,and that of education and management level of colleges and universities.The basic and objective factors influencing style of study in colleges and universities are analyzed in depth in the paper.Style of study in colleges and universities is supposed to be instructed by scientific outlook on development and adheres to Marxism style of study integrating theory and practice to study diligently and actively,to put knowledge into practice and to establish lifelong learning idea.Besides,specific measures and suggestions are put forward to reinforce style of study building in colleges and universities.
