Increasing investment in academic library and abundant digital resources made it possible for academic library information service socialization.However,conflict between social information requirement and per student shared average resource implied that simply opening academic library resource to social would impact teaching and researching.Multi modes and stages development for this progress along with national investment and IT advancing is appropriate.Basic knowledge digital resource can be open freely and profit from web ads and enterprises sponsor.Special and applied resources and books as well as consult service can be provided nonprofit charged.So the socialization progress can be developed with livingness.
