In order to control Ningxia Plain,Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasty carried out large steps,such as administration,water conservancy,labor immigration,and attached great importance to agriculture and livestock.Although for different purpose,the administration of the three dynasties had improved the development of Ningxia Plain.
