Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of hepatitis B immunization. [Methods]ELISA was applied to detect HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc of 40 to 50 children who had been immunized with hepatitis B vaccine; analysis was made on the detection result. [Results]After the vaccination, the positive rate of protective anti-HBsAg was 90.36%; the morbidity of hepatitis B among the 0~15 year-old children decreased obviously; the positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc were 1.10%, 71.14% and 8.15% respectively among the 1178 children. While, the positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc before the vaccination were 3.17%, 12.98% and 10.05% respectively. The difference was significant in the positive rate of HBsAg and anti-HBs before and after vaccination (P0.01). [Conclusion] Hepatitis B vaccine has good immunization effect; it is beneficial for maintaining high anti-HBs positive rate and GMT.
