Abstract

Objective To discuss the diagnosis effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound for small hepatic lesions based on receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve. Methods Thirty patients of small hepatic lesions were collected for contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Using pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnosis effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound was evaluated based on ROC.Results The peak intensity, enhanced intensity index, slope rate of ascending curve and descending curve of time-intensity curve in patients with liver cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign liver tumor(P0.05).The slope rate of ascending curve, enhanced strength index, slope rate of descending curve, peak intensity had area under curve(AUC) of ROC curve from small to large, showing statistically significant differences with the reference line(P0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is a reliable imaging examination method for diagnosing small hepatocellular carcinoma, with high accuracy. It can provide reference for the clinical diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma.
