Abstract
Objective To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with time-intensity analysis in differential diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods Pathologic results were regarded as golden standard. Ninety-five lesions were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasound and time-intensity analysis. Results The time-intensity curve rate and peak value in 60 benign breast lesions were less than those in 35 malignant breast lesions, there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05 ).The difference of time-intensity curve rate, peak time, peak value and surrounding tissue in 60 benign lesions was less than that in 35 malignant lesions, there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05).The time-intensity curve of benign lesions was similar to surrounding normal tissue, while the time-intensity curve of malignant lesions was different from surrounding normal tissue. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with time-intensity curve analysis is helpful in differential diagnosis of breast lesions.
