The Theoretical Construct and Application of "Sub-sport Event"

With the rapid development of modern sport, the classification of sport became complicated, a new group of sport events, the sub-sport events, appeared. In this paper, the author elaborated the concept, intension, characteristics and their relations of sub-sport events. A sport event may have many sub-events in competitive sport, national sport and sport plays, many sport events is simplified, compatible and expanded according human needs. In the field of training, body building, education and entertainment, the scientific, positive application of sub-events sport theory could promote the development of sport, especially the mass sports and school sports.
