Abstract
The hepatic stellate cell (HSC) is a pivotal cell type in the development of liver fibrosis. Activation and proliferation of HSC are regulated by several cytokines or signal regulatory proteins in vivo. The surface receptor can activate intracellular signal pathways with cytokines. The surface receptors and signal pathways have become important targets for reversing liver fibrosis.
