On the Status of Training in Guilin's Star-Rated Hotels

Abstract

With the competition among star-rated hotels become more and more severe,personnel of hotel are needed to improve their quality.How to improve personnel's constitution and train the personnel become a big problem which hotels are facing. Investigation shows that Guilin's star-rated hotels lack understanding and attention of training.Therefore,to enhance Guilin's star-rated hotels' training administration is of great significance to hotels' sustainable development.
