Abstract
Based on the analysis of the influence of science and technology on international service outsourcing,this paper sets an indicator system,uses the principal component analysis to evaluate the development of science and technology.It shows that the development of science and technology is weak at supporting the international service outsourcing in Jilin province.In order to promote the development of science and technology in Jilin province,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,that is: to improve the input of science and technology,to train and introduce professionals,to build transformation mechanism from science and technology to productivity,to improve the level of information service.
