Analysis on the Factors Which Restrict the Circulation of Agricultural Land in China

The paper proposes the corresponding methods for promoting the circulation of agricultural land on the basis of analyzing the limiting factors during the development of agricultural land transfer.By using the methods of literature data and inductive analysis,it concluded that the main limiting factors included peasant knowledge,market,government,system and policies and laws.The paper goes on to put forward some methods for expediting the implementation of the development of China's agricultural land transfer,these are:further strengthening the role of the government's public managers,clearly identifying the subject of rural land property rights,improving the circulation system of agricultural land.
