The Research of Labor Force Capitalization Based on Modern Theory Concerning the Value of Scientific-Technological Labor——A Research on the View of Marxism Philosophy of Economics

From the view of philosophy of economics,classical Marxist writers have conceived the thought of force on the basis of labor value theory with their theory of labor force and labor force commodity.There are some different developing trends of labor force capitalization thought in economics theory around the world,one of which is Marxist labor force capitalization theory in the theoretical framework of Marxist labor value theory.The labor has his own mental means of production,such as knowledge,information,science and technology,and this is a prerequisite to labor force capitalization.The essence of labor force capitalization is the exploitation of mental production materials to manufacture surplus value.In this sense,as the unity of material production and intellectual production,modern value theory of science-technology labor,which makes the system of social production with economic integration of science and technology as its scope of object,offers the theoretical basis of the research of labor force capitalization.Its three basic principles provides foundation,its value chain of the network framework mode provides theoretical basis of value production and value movement,its scientific value library theory,value incubation theory and the law of science realizing the value of proliferation provides direct theoretical basis for the research of labor force capitalization,its four conclusions offer the foundation of labor force capital brings surplus value.
