Clinical Observation on Interferon-α Combined with Composite Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in Therapy of Liver Fibrosis after Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of interferon-α combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the therapy of the liver fibrosis after chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods110 cases of the liver fibrosis after CHB were randomly divided into ①control(30 cases),②composite salvia mititorrhiza injection(30 cases),③IFN-α(30 cases) and ④study groups(20 cases treated with interferon-α combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection)to observe ALT,HBVDNA,viral markers and serum hepatic flbrosis indexes including HA,IV-C,PCⅢ changes.Results At the end of the treatment,the serum levels HA,IV-C,PCⅢ in composite salvia miltitiorrhiza injection,IFN-α and study groups were much lower than that of control group.Conclusion Interferon-α combined with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection is effective in the therapy of the liver fibrosis after CHB.
