Abstract
Objectives:To report the result of radiofrequency catheter Ablation (RFCA) for right side Atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT). Mathods:RFCA was performed in 20 patients with manifest accessory pathway (AP) in 15 patients and concealed accessory pathways in 5 patients. Results: RFCA was suceessful in 87% (13/15) of patients with manifest AP, 100%(5/5) of patients with concealed AP. Recurrence rate was 5.6%(1/18), There was not any side effect in all cases. Conclusions:RFCA was highly effective and safe for right side AVRT.
