Abstract
Effects of low temperature and poor light on hypocotyls,true leaves,leaf length and width,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll photochemical efficiency of 5 cucumber varieties were studied.The results showed that the increment of hypocotyls,true leaf increasing and leaf expanding were reduced under the stress of low temperature and poor light.Chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and Chlorophyll photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) were also decreased comparied with CK.Part and degree influenced were different under low temperature and poor light in different cucumber varieties.
