Abstract
Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography was applied to the simultaneous determination of kaempferol, quercetin and chlorogenic acid in Folium Pyrrosiae. The detection limit of three components was 0.2×10-6 g/mL(chlorogenic acid),0.4×10-6 g/mL(quercetin) and 0.5×10-6 g/mL(kaempferol)separately.The regression equation showed good linearity with R2=0.9991,R2=0.9991 and R2=0.9994 for chlorogenic acid, quercetin and kaempferol, respectively. In conclusion, this method is a simple, rapid, precise and reliable technique.Contents of chlorogenic acid, quercetin and kaempferol in the crude drug of Folium Pyrrosiae could be easily determined by the proposed method with satisfactory results.
