On the Law Application of Work Injury Insurance and Rights Violation of Third Party

Because of the third people in fringe rights of industrial accident occurs frequently in reality.For example,somebody is hit by the motor vehicle driving against rules when they are on the way to work or when they are fulfilling the duty.This is typical case,demonstrating the conflicts of work injury insurance and rights violation of third party.This paper discusses this question in the hope of give some guidance to the law application and injury compensation.
