Abstract

The moral-need is the internal motive force of individual moral-cultivation.Therefore,we should regard the individual moral–need as the beginning of the individual moral-cultivation.However,in realistic society,complying with ethics is too costly and the price of moral violation is too low,behavior complying with moral did not receive the necessary compensation and the starting point of moral requirements is high-level,which lead to the shortage of individual moral-need.Creating a moral environment,building and steadily improving moral standard system with multi-level and bottom-up and moral education going back to life are necessary to stimulate moral-need and promote personal moral-cultivation
