Eploration on Teachers' Philosophy of Education in 21st Century

Abstract

With the change of exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education,the original theory of education has not adapted to the pace of the times and the development of the society.Therefore,in order to train the talents adapting to the economic and social development in the 21st century,modern teachers must renew the philosophy of education and set up the new philosophy of education.This article stresses education philosophy of the 21st century's teachers hoping to improve the quality of the modern teachers and develop the teacher's professional development.
