Research progress of cementoblast in vitro culture

Abstract
Cementum is formed by cementoblast,and it plays an important role in orthodontic treatment.Little is known about cementum and cementoblast.To develop an in vitro cell line is the key to study the cementoblast.The review will give a brief introduction of in vitro culture of cementoblast derived from cementoma,CD1 rat,rat first molar,human periodontal ligament,bovine cementum,human cementoblast cell line,and horse posterior teeth.
