Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to understand dynamic residues of organic phosphorus pesticide dichlorvos and dimethoate on the Chinese cabbage leaf.[Method] The fluorescence characteristics of dichlorvos and dimethoate were first analyzed, and then the half-life period of dichlorvos and dimethoate on Chinese cabbage leaf was determined by fluorescence spectrometry.[Result] The emission peaks of dichlorvos and dimethoate presented to 328 and 574 nm respectively when they were excited by 280 nm ray.The half-life period of dichlorvos and dimethoate on Chinese cabbage leaf were about 48 and 72 h,respectively.[Conclusion] The research provides reference for the detection of pesticide residue on vegetables.
