Abstract
The effects of solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of different nitrogen levels316L stainless steel were investigated by metallurgical microscope, tensile testing machine, impact testing machine and SEM,etc. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, the strength of 316L stainless steel decreases, and plasticity maintains relative stability, but the grain size increases. In addition, with the increase of solution temperature, the impact resistance of 316L stainless steel increases, and it has excellent resistance impact toughness.
