The fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Control Commeffee made the Desision,putting forward the new assignment build a harmonious socialist society.The proposition of harmonious society is the new development of our Party's understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To create an ideal harmonious socialist socieyt,we must accurately understand what a harmonious society is;grasp the holistic and comprehensice characteristics of socialist harmonious society;find ways to achieve harmony in society to follow the people-oriented principle,make the necessary management innovations,and ultimately,build the real socialist harmonious society.
