Abstract

The Fourth Plenary Session of 16th CPC presents a new concept,harmonious socialist society.This is the development of our party's understanding of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and also the level of our party's philosophy.The content and objectives of the harmonious socialist society is encouraging,but the way to build a harmonious socialist society should be continually explored.
