Factors of influencing project schedule management and countermeasures

Based on the basic principle of engineering project schedule management,and taking ion-exchange membrane caustic soda projects as examples,factors of influencing project schedule management were discussed.The present domestic situation of project schedule management was studied as well as the existed problems.According to the problems and based on the development trend of project schedule management,the direction in which domestic project schedule management work should strive was pointed out.
