Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of nucleoside drugs in treating the liver decompensation of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:Forty-eight patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver decompensation were divided into three groups(A,B,C).All were treated in a basic treatment.A and B group were given by lamivudine(100mg/d)and adefovir(10mg/d) respectively.C group was a control. The course lasted 48 weeks. The clinic symptoms, change of liver function,PTA,quantitative HBV-DNA,HBeAg/HBeAb transformation were observed. Results:After antiviral treatment,A and B group had no deaths, and the clinic symptoms, change of liver function,PTA had improved obviously.C group had 2 cases died. The curative effect of two groups had the remarkable difference than the control(P0.01).Conclusion:The patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver decompensation should accept a antiviral treatment.Lamivudine or adefovir of nucleoside drugs can be as a top choice.
