Abstract
Objective To observe the clinic effect on treatment of primary glaucoma with modified trabeculectomy. Methods 65 eyes with primary glaucoma were operated with trabeculectomy by topical anesthesia associated with subconjunctival anesthesia,Removable scleral-flap suture was used simultaneously. Results The effect of anesthesia were succeeded,no case was altered to other way of anesthesia because of ache, achievement ratio was 100%.The complication was shallow anterior chamber in 3 eyes and all recovery by dressing with pressure, mydriasis and oral Acetazolamide. Conclusion The valid effect rate was improved in the operation of glaucoma with modified trabeculectomy, the complications were reduced intraoperatively and postoperatively.
