Criticizing the over-emphasis on the Basic of Teaching in Elementary Education

Facing the challenge of information-based society,we must restructure Basic while paying attention to Basic.Because we have had a lot of misunderstandings and unilateralism about understanding and practising of Basic.In a word,the jumping-off point of Basic should be in the requirement of lifelong development of students and the emphasis on the Basic from essence,rather than looking the knowledge curriculum system as the only standard for restricting students. Subjects are different,so the emphases,traits and meanings of the Basic are different too.We should not make the Basic of teaching modeled and dissever the contact between Basic and innovation.It will restrain and exclude innovation if we overemphasize firm Basic.
