Abstract

Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect between compound trabeculectomy and traditional trabeculectomy on glaucoma.Method:100 patients(109 eyes)with glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group(55 eyes)and control group(54 eyes). The compound trabeculectomy was performed in the observation group and the traditional trabeculectomy was performed in the control group.Result:The complete intraocular pressure control rate of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P 0.05);the incidence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber was significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05);and the functional filtering bleb formation rate was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of compound trabeculectomy is significant, which can effectively control the intraocular pressure, reduce the incidence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber and improve the formation rate of functional filtering bleb.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
