Abstract
In this paper, the structure and the operation principle of ultrasonic motors are introduced firstly. Then several models, as viewed from control, of travelingwave ultrasonic motor including its driver are established by identification method, on account of its special structure and the complicated working principle. Experimental results have verified the validity of the proposed models.
