The Innovation and Perfection of the System of the Country Public Power

In the construction of the new socialist country,the basic public power has the unsubstitutial position.With the deepening of the reform,the country public power is facing new challenges in the integrity of constitution and the running system.In the construction of the new country,we must entirely change the concept of the government of the country and society.We must emphasize the multi-government body and the beneficial interaction among government-enterprise-society.At the same time,we should improve the power of the country and the governing ability of the two committees.In order to fulfill the harmony of the co-government country and to construct the basic public power system of the new democratic co-operation,we should actively encourage all kinds of public institutions to take part in the government.
