Abstract

Building a service - oriented government, which accords with the situations of our country and can also impel our social whole progress, is the main goal of governmental reform and development in our country. In order to construct a service - oriented government in our country, we must insist on the governing ideas of modern government, reform the administrative management system and building the new - style government cultures.
