Abstract

Objective To study the clinical value of micro ecological therapy in vaginitis, and provide new methods and theoretical basis in vaginitis treatment with Lactobacillus in the clinical. Methods We studied 892 vaginitis outpatients who were taken treatment in our hospital from March to August in 2013,treated with anti-bacteria( antifugal) agents + Lactobacillus agents and compared the therapeutic effects( the cure rate of 7 days and 14 days). Results The cure rate of 7 days and 14 days were VVC( vulvovaginal candidiasis) 91. 34% and 99. 10%,it's the difference in statistically significant( P 0. 01),BV( bacterial vaginosis) : 98. 50% and 100%,it's no significant difference( P 0. 05),TV( trichomonal vaginitis) : 98. 41% and 100%,it's no significant difference( P 0. 05),mixed cervical-vaginal infection: 88. 12% and 99. 01%,it's the difference in statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion There are different effects and treatment courses in the various vaginitis that treated with Lactobacillus agents + anti-bacteria( anti-fugal) agents.
