Abstract
In order to clarify the correlation between the content and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids inMorus nigraLinn.,the content of flavonoids was determined by the colorimetric method of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH.The antioxidant activity was analysed by UV.And the correlation between them was analysed by SPSS.The result shows that the content of the total flavonoids from different extraction parts ofMorus nigraLinn.are not identical. The total flavonoids content of ethyl acetate phase is the highest, and aqueoue phase is the lowest. The correlation between the total flavonoids' content and the antioxidant activity shows that the total flavonoids' content with the removal rate of DPPH·and ABTS·+are positively correlated, and as the significant correlation with DPPH·,but the correlation is not significant for ABTS·+.
