Abstract

E-government is an integration of modern government management and information technology,having the same core value concept with service-oriented government construction as well as a posit on it.In e-government.the new government management ideas should be established,the transformation of government functions should be accelerated.administrative decision-making mechanisms should be optimized,and govenment process should be reengineered so as to speed up the construction of a service-oriented government.
