On Value Foundation of Service Oriented Government

Service oriented government takes its basic value as their standard by which they evaluate, judge and decide administrative activities. The foundation of government value has played a decisive and loading role on governmental decision-making and administration in deep and fundamental level. The foundation of service oriented government value is the premise condition and ideological foundation of establishing service oriented government and it is the spirit of governmental actions. The value basis of service-oriented government as administrative ideas should be established on the basis of commonality, publicity, equality and utility and make the government become the government for the people, government of duty, government of quality and government of efficiency. The value of service-oriented government has the function of leading, simplifying, organizing and gathering functions.
