Cefoperazone/sulbactam in the treatment of respiratoryinfections 175 cases of clinical observation

Cefoperazone/sulbactam in the treatment of respiratory infections efficacy and safety.Methods: January 2006-December 2010 175 cases of cefoperazone/sulbactam in the treatment of respiratory infections were studied retrospectively to summarize the efficacy and toxicity.The results of cefoperazone/sulbactam dosage daily 2g ~ 4g,course of 5 to 18 days;3 to 6.5 days after treatment decreased body temperature,body temperature decreased rate of 92.0%;white blood cell count increased by 85.4% after treatment to normal range,52.6% of X-ray findings of inflammatory disappeared or significantly improved absorption,sputum bacterial culture positive bacterial clearance rate was 85.1%;total effective rate was 86.9%,ineffective in 12 cases of severe neutropenia;16 patients alanyl transient increase in acid transaminase,I was no other side effects.Conclusion: cefoperazone/sulbactam in the treatment of respiratory infections safety effect.
