Exploring the Curriculum Reform of Higher Vocational Education Based on the Perspective of Professional Quality

Higher vocational education curriculum reform,having developed nearly 30 years in China,has presented the developing trend of professional standard,competency-based and personality-based,and is in a critical period of exploration and formation of a new characteristic vocational education curriculum model.From the perspective of professional quality,the center of the personality-based vocational education curriculum reform is the inevitable choice of vocational colleges building the core competitiveness,also is the needs of students' overall becoming talents,as well as the basic requirements for enterprises selecting and appointing talents.Thus,higher vocational education curriculum reform should firstly pay attention to the organic unity of direction,ideas and mechanisms of curriculum reform and development;secondly reconstruct curriculum system to facilitate its integration with the professional quality;thirdly vigorously integrate and develop humanities curriculum,advocate spiritual education of outstanding professional quality and personality nurturing.
