Discussion of Curriculum Reform of Higher Vocational Education: a Perspective of Complex Sciences

Curriculum reform is a core field in the study in higher vocational education.The vocational,higher,and educational features of higher vocational education shape the process complexity of its curriculum reform.However,due to the long-time ignorance of the complexity of curriculum reform in higher vocational education,many failures have been produced in practice in higher vocational education curriculum form.The author,from the perspective of complex sciences,attempts to throw lights on the complexity of curriculum reform of higher vocational education by addressing its diversity of system components,multi-level of system structure,openness and nonlinearity and nondeterminacy of system behavior.The discussion is meaningful in promoting the practice of curriculum reform of higher vocational education and enhancing the level and quality of running a vocational school.
