The Teachers' Professional Development Problems in the Basic Education Stage under the Background of New Curriculum in Ethnic Minority Areas and Countermeasures

Since 1980 s,in worldwide educational reform,people have realized that key to education reform lies in teachers,and only improvement of teachers' professional level can really improve quality of education. The UNESCO points out that teacher should be viewed as a profession in suggestions for teachers ' status. The Ministry of Education shifts focus from pure teachers' academic standards tothe improvement of teachers' inner professional quality in file the education facing 21 st century revitalization action plan . Seen from this,the center of teachers' professionalization began to turn to teachers' professional development,more and more people aware that improving teachers' professional status is way to improve teachers' professional education,promote teachers' professional development.
